What it Covers
We will refund our service fee but we cannot refund third party processing fees if those fees have already been paid to the third party (ex: the government filing fees associated with an incorporation). We will refund our service fee for issues we are directly responsible for but we cannot issue a refund if you purchased a service and simply changed your mind.
